THE COP SHOP

I think we are going to have to import a more interesting bunch of criminals people, or maybe just get the police to write a few more details on those little blurbs they release as police reports nowadays. Only 10 reports to peruse today. One of them listed as "info only" had no info. WTH?
OK, rant over. Here is what it is.

1800 block of Ruddell Street - Someone burglarized her home, a 48-year-old woman reported Tuesday. The report did not report what was stolen. It did say there was no sign of forced entry, but the woman explained that she had been leaving her door unlocked the past four Tuesdays to allow entry by an exterminator.

1000 block of Sandpiper - A man reported Tuesday that he realized someone has stolen the air conditioner unit from outside his house. The unit was worth more than $1,500, according to the police report.

3500 block of East McKinney Street - A man rose Tuesday morning and realized that someone stole his patio furniture during the night, according to a police report.

500 block of Inman - Her former boyfriend, convinced that she had another man in her bedroom, broke down her door about 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, a woman reported. The report did not indicate whether there was another man in the room.
