Girlfriend moves out, leaves room soapy

A man came home to his apartment in the 1800 block of Teasley Lane Thursday evening to discover that his girlfriend had moved out and had left a mess. An arriving officer found that someone had poured soap all over the man's bedroom, his clothing and other property. There was also an obscenity on the carpet written in sunscreen. He told the officer the former girlfriend took his laptop computer when she left. While the officer was there the girlfriend showed up to return the computer. The man wanted to press charges, so the officer took her to jail on charges of theft over $500 and criminal mischief.

3800 block of Stuart Road - Someone used a man's debit card number to make numerous purchases in Fort Worth, Midlothian, Cedar Hill and Euless, he told police Thursday.

The police log showed 13 reports, including two thefts, two cases of criminal mischief, three arrests for shoplifting, one forgery, two cases of fraud, one unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, report of arrests for possession of marijuana and one report for information only.
