Beer can as missile
A man called police Saturday night to report that his wife threw a can of beer at him. The can hit him in the head and cut his ear. Responding officers took the woman to jail on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
Other reports
300 block of Joshua Street - A man called police about 6 p.m. Saturday to report that he came home, walked into his bedroom and found his 14-year-old daughter having sex with a 17-year-old boy. The boy was gone by the time police arrived and an investigation is continuing.
3600 block of Mingo Road - A woman's car broke down just before 1 a.m. Saturday and she left it on the side of the road, she reported to police. When she returned for it about 1:15 a.m. it was no longer parked where she left it.
