An officer checking Eureka Park after official closing hours Monday found a car with three teens inside about 11:50 p.m. The driver claimed to be 18 years old but a computer check showed he was only 17. He was smoking a cigarette in front of the officer. He was charged with a violation of the city park hours code, failure to identify and being underage while smoking.
