                               THE COP SHOP

Only five reports were listed by 7 a.m. Monday for the 24-hour period between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday. Included were one criminal trespass, one charge of driving while license suspended, one theft of a bicycle and two family violence reports. One family violence assault happened between a brother and sister who got into a pushing match over payment of the rent. The second happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of North Locust Street. A 27-year-old man said his roommate assaulted him. He had bleeding lacerations on his head. The 26-year-old suspect would not cooperate with police and was taken to jail on a family violence assault charge.
